Emerging Recording Artist K-Rob Gives Stellar Performance at Alabama’s Largest Music Festival

R&B/Soul Recording artist K-Rob performed Saturday, October 8 on the Miller Lite/Wind Creek Casino Stage at BayFest 2011, Alabama’s largest music festival.

As the nephew of Rudolph Isley, and Chris Jasper of the great Isley Brothers, K-Rob continues to garner new fans and support for his energetic, edgy and soulful sound. During BayFest, he performed his original songs such as “2Nite,” his rendition of Stevie Wonder’s “Golden Lady” and his retro club-banger, “Lovers.”

In addition, he performed familiar songs by Maxwell, Usher, R. Kelly and the Isley Brothers. “I love music, and the legacy that my uncles have given me,” K-Rob said. My goal is to continue writing and performing expressive lyrics that will be filled with love, romance and a good time. It’s important that I provide my fans and listeners with the best music that I have within. I am grateful to the BayFest selection committee for this opportunity to perform in Mobile.”

The Next Generational Isley’s music can be heard on Itunes, Amazon, Napster, Rhapsody, Zune, Pandora, and Spotify. The “raves” have continued with notable airplay on major FM radio stations such as 92.1, WQQK, Nashville, Tenn., Power 94.3, WJTT, Chattanooga, Tenn; and the nationally syndicated, Michael Baisden Show.
